Reservations Policy
In Season a 2-night minimum required on all weekends.
All guests must be registered at check-in.
UN-REGISTERED GUESTS IN A ROOM: An additional charge of $25.00
per night, per person plus tax will automatically be charged to the credit
card of the registered guest named on the registration card.
No more than 4 Adults in a room.
Sorry, No Checks.
Registered Guest must be 21 or older.
Cancellation Policy
14-Day Cancellation Policy. 30-Day Cancellation Policy
applies during Special Events & Holiday Weekends.
A $15.00 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations made more than
14 days or 30 days for Special Events & Holiday Weekends of the check-in
date.
A Cancellation fee of 25% of the total stay will be charged for all cancellation
made less than 14 days or 30 days for Special Events and Holiday Weekends
of the check-in date.
All Deposits are Non-Refundable.
No Refunds for Early Departures.
Pets
Add $15.00 to the rate plus tax per night for
a pet.
A Pet must be declared upon making a reservation. Failure to do so will
automatically cancel the reservation upon arrival.
Pets allowed in registered room only and may not be left unattended in
rooms or vehicles and must be leashed while outdoors at all times.
Pets are NOT ALLOWED on Beds or Furniture at anytime.
You will be charged additional fees for damages or cleaning services incurred
to motel property by your pet.
Pets must be walked in the designated pet area only and owners must clean
up after their pet.
Failure to follow the Pet Policy will result in the owners and their pet
being asked to leave without refund. Following our pet policy will greatly
ensure in keeping our motel a pet friendly motel. |
